The grain used to produce soft corn is of special variety called waxy. Depending on the weather where it is cultivated there exists several types of them.

Toasted Corn Soft is used for the human consumption and we produce it usually under the contract.

Every day more this type of roasted corn has bigger demand and with different treatments can be obtained bigger or smaller size.

Usually the yellowish colour is obtained when the product is fried.

Consumed mainly as snack: only corn or mixed other nuts
