This Spanish almond variety is being produced with very good quality in our Region of Aragon. The harvest of Almonds Largueta is in September.
It has an extended form, uniform and flat. Toasted Largueta Almonds are consumed as appetizers and also in the elaboration of sugar coated almonds.
From 1 kg. of almonds in-shell we obtain about 260 g. of almond in grain. The almond largueta tree blooms early and it is well known for its beauty.
